Villa Ixora is our superbly designed holiday home nestling on the slope of Coral Cove in Lance Aux Epines, the southernmost point of Grenada.

Villa Ixora is exquisitely furnished with English pine and rattan furniture, and tastefully decorated with bright Caribbean colours.

The house has three air conditioned double bedrooms, two with king size iron four-poster beds complete with mosquito nets and the third bedroom has 2 single beds.
The master bedroom has French windows which open onto a terrace overlooking the landscaped gardens leading down to the shore of Coral Cove.

You can lie in bed and look out on the sea! The adjoining master bathroom leads onto the gazebo with its double whirlpool bath.

The walls are decorated with original paintings by local artists Canute Calliste, Ivan Godfrey, Bernie Callahan and Jean England, plus prints by Susan Mains and Ceasar Manrique.

The spacious luxury kitchen leads into the dining room, which has a huge bow window that overlooks the pool and sun deck.

/ Two sets of French windows lead from the lovely spacious sitting room ont the terrace, the focal point of the house which retains shade throughout the day and has plenty of seating.

The sun deck surrounding the pool has 4 stylish steamer sun beds and two reclining chairs all made of wood - no white plastic here! Huge pots with palms and tropical plants complete the scene of luxury around the pool.

Our housekeeper Theresa will greet you on arrival. The fridge will be stocked with basic supplies plus complimentary Wine, Rum, Beer and Coke.
Ameal of your choice can be delivered after your arrival from the extensive menu at kimscateringservices.com. Theresa will cook and serve breakfast and prepare lunch if required. She also provides a personal laundry service.

We can arrange for a taxi to collect you from the airport, which is a journey of about 10 minutes.
